Lynna Chandra is an ex-investment banker who ventured into the not-for-profit world in 2006 to establish Rachel House, the first pediatric palliative care service in Indonesia for children from marginalized communities living with cancer and HIV. Prior to that Lynna was at UBS and Bankers Trust where she was involved in structuring and marketing of debt and equity derivatives to Asian clients.
She was also involved in venture capital work in technology and healthcare sectors at Abacus Capital and corporate advisory work at Absolute Partners. In 2011, Lynna co-founded Absolute Impact Partners with the mission of alleviating poverty through equal access to healthcare, education, sustainable energy and clean water, and equal opportunities in employment, financial assistance mentorship. Lynna was elected as an Ashoka Fellow in 2012, and she serves on the boards of Ashoka Singapore and ICPCN (International Children’s Palliative Care Network).
