Jeremy Lim

Jeremy Lim is a senior partner at Oliver Wyman. He advises senior officials at public sector agencies and has extensive experience consulting and advising multinational clients on national and regional strategies for government engagement and public-private partnerships. In addition, Jeremy advises commercial clients on market access strategies and expansion opportunities, including acquisitions and overall enterprise strategic synergies. He leads the firm’s social impact initiatives in Asia.

Jeremy is also active in academia, holding appointments at several universities. He teaches at the National University of Singapore (Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, Duke-NUS medical school,l and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy) and the Singapore Management University. In 2013, he authored Myth or Magic: The Singapore Healthcare System, a book that draws lessons from the Singapore health system for health reform efforts in other countries.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Jeremy worked in senior executive roles in both public and private sectors, including time spent as a senior official in the Ministry of Health Singapore, where he was also involved in a number of ‘Whole of Government’ initiatives.

Jeremy chairs the steering committee of NIHA (NUS Initiative to Improve Health in Asia), an initiative to strengthen health policy research and education in Asia, is a Member of the International Advisory Board, Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences, and sits on the Advisory Council Behavioural Sciences Institute, Singapore Management University. He is the immediate past-President of the Fulbright Association (Singapore) and convener for the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Singapore alumni. He was named an inaugural fellow of the Equity Initiative in 2016. He holds the following degrees: MBBS, MPH, MRCS (Edin), MMed (Surg), FAMS.
